Two-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion Alex Palou enters his fifth season overall and fourth with Chip Ganassi Racing. Hailing from Barcelona, Spain, Palou has competed and won races in Euroformula Open, Spanish Formula 3, GP3, Japanese Formula 3 and Super Formula. After a race win, Palou celebrates by eating fried chicken, a tradition that dates to his karting days. He remembers seeing a go-kart track while walking to school with his father in Spain as the first time he became interested in karting. Away from the track, Palou enjoys sports, outdoor activities and music.

Chip Ganassi has been a fixture in the auto racing industry for more than 30 years and is considered one of the most successful and innovative owners in motorsports.

Today, his teams include five Honda cars in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, a Cadillac V-Series.R in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championship and one GMC HUMMER EV in Extreme E.
