Practice for the Mission Foods Grand Prix of Monterey is underway at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca after a 70-minute delay due to track repairs.

The delay in the start of practice, scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, was necessitated by an incident in a support series session that required significant repair of the catch fence at the top of the famous Zanardi Corkscrew complex of turns.
