Louis Foster is fresh off a 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES Rookie of the Year campaign, driving the No. 45 Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. In his rookie season, Foster earned one pole at Road America, recorded a season-best 11th place twice and finished 23rd in the points standings.
The 2024 INDY NXT by Firestone champion won the title with Andretti Global, scoring eight wins, 12 podiums and six pole positions. In 2022, he won the Indy Pro 2000 championship and was a finalist for the Autosport BRDC Award. He began karting at age nine, winning club championships at Camberley Kart Club and Forest Edge Kart Club in 2013 and 2015.
Foster’s hometown is Odiham, England, and he currently resides in Indianapolis. He is the son of former British Touring Car Championship racer Nick Foster. He enjoys watching racing, particularly past INDYCAR SERIES races, Formula 1 and BTCC, and following friends competing globally. Outside racing, he enjoys the gym and sim racing. In 2017, he cycled across Snowdonia and Brecon Beacons from Caemes in Anglesey back to his school in Long Sutton, Hampshire for charity, raising funds for CRY.
