Christian Rasmussen completed his first full season in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES in 2025 with ECR and will continue driving the No. 21 Chevrolet in 2026. After making 14 starts as a rookie in 2024 following his 2023 INDY NXT by Firestone championship, Rasmussen earned two podium finishes and claimed his first career INDYCAR victory at the Milwaukee Mile. He finished 13th in the championship standings.
The 25-year-old from Copenhagen, Denmark is just the second driver in history to win a championship at every level feeding into the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, capturing titles in USF2000 (2020), USF Pro 2000 (2021), and INDY NXT (2023). He has shown particular strength on oval tracks, where aggressive strategy and race craft have delivered standout results.
Off track, Rasmussen enjoys playing pickleball with fellow drivers, has a passion for classic cars, and describes himself as a “big car guy.” He is close friends with fellow Danish driver Christian Lundgaard and is learning to play golf.
