Get ready to cyber shop for the INDYCAR fans on your list

Looking for that special gift for an INDYCAR fan on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? How about grabbing extra savings on tickets to 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series races or discounts on merchandise for your favorite drivers or events?

Several races on next season’s schedule are offering deals to kick off the holiday shopping season. They include:

  • Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg: The race on the streets of the Florida Gulf Coast city will be the Verizon IndyCar Series season opener for the eighth straight year, from March 9-11. Race officials are offering a buy one/get one free promotion for three-day general admission tickets. The offer runs from 10 a.m. ET Thanksgiving day through 9 p.m. Monday.   • Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama: The race weekend is April 20-22 at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. A Cyber Monday flash sale that is good Nov. 27-28 will offer the chance to buy one general admission ticket that includes garage access and get a second at half off.   • Honda Indy Toronto: The popular event on the streets of Exhibition Place runs July 13-15. Two-day general admission tickets are being offered at buy one, get one free from 9 p.m. ET Thursday through 9 p.m. Monday. Visit HondaIndy.com for more information.
